Picture this. Waitress serving tables at a small local restaurant. She is very annoyed at the kitchen staff and the people she is serving, because people are just rude. She walks up to a table of 5 and puts on a very convincing fake smile. it's a family. Mother, daughter, teenage son, father and older son. The older of the two sons catches the attention of the server. He has beautiful blue eyes, and a very charming smile, with a little sexy scruff. She happily notices that he is smiling at her, and she can't help but smile back, this time the smile is 100% sincere. She takes their order and walks away. After she brings them their food she starts to walk away and quickly glances back. She will say it was to check on his drink, but it's clear she was getting a second glance at the blue-eyed boy, and he clearly noticed that she had looked back, because he flashed her another award winning smile. The server, still annoyed and now very busy, takes the check to the table of 5 and rushes off to her other duties. She's a little disappointed that she never got the chance to say much to the cute boy. As the night slows, she goes back to the table to clean it off, and notices a small piece of red paper with writing on it-- "This is our one shot, text me :). -Ryan" -- The server ran to the back where she kept her phone and sent a message "hey I think you left something at the restaurant tonight. Don't worry, I'll keep it safe for you." --- First meeting. Pretty cute right. Pair this with the song "enchanted" by Taylor swift.
This is a real story. I am that server. In the span of 7 days I went on 3 dates with this guy.... I truly was enchanted to meet him. But on that last date we bid our goodbyes agreeing to keep in touch and promise to let each other know when we would be home from school.
